Wow what can l say my husband and l teamed up with Tim to lose a lot of weight Tim helped me lose 30kgs and l feel amazing with all that weight loss l can exercise easier. Tim is professional and makes us work hard. We always have a laugh and we actually enjoy training with Tim. Tim structures programmes suitable to myself (middle aged mother of three) and my teeanage son. We train together in a safe, controlled environment and I don't need to worry about my son injuring himself. We have been training with Tim for over 2 years. Tim keeps us guessing each session and each session we do something different.

I thoroughly enjoy working out with Tim. Not only do you get something different every week but he makes the workouts light hearted & fun...He is aware of all my weaknesses & injuries & always makes sure that I'm not hurting myself while training. I even used to do sessions with my teenage Son & felt comfortable knowing he was training in a safe environment. Would recommend Tim 100% to anyone who doesn't like gyms & wants a more personal workout session.

Tim is a great trainer and has an amazing setup. He took time to get to know me and my goals and is now helping me achieve them. Tim has a great range of equipment so workouts are varied and interesting. I like that he pushes me harder than I would push myself.
