Personal Training in Miami

One-on-One Coaching for Real Results

Private studio, personalized programs, expert coaching - no crowds, no distractions, no judgment

What Makes My Train Station Different

Personal training at My Train Station isn't about being one of 20 people in a group class or waiting for equipment at a crowded gym. It's about you - your goals, your body, your pace. Every session is designed around what you need, delivered in a private studio where your only focus is getting results.

Private Studio Environment

No crowds, no waiting, no distractions. The studio is yours during your session. Train with confidence and focus without feeling watched or rushed.

Personal Training Works for Everyone

These are the most common objections people have before starting. Here's the truth:

"I've never trained before"

Perfect. Many of my clients had zero gym experience when they started. I'll teach you everything from scratch - proper form, how to breathe, what each exercise does, and why we're doing it. You'll be surprised how quickly you build confidence and strength.

"I'm over 40/50/60 - is it too late?"

Absolutely not. In fact, strength training becomes MORE important as we age - for bone density, joint health, metabolism, and quality of life. I specialize in working with mature clients who want to stay strong, mobile, and injury-free.

"I'm recovering from an injury"

I work with your limitations, not against them. Every program is modified based on what your body can handle today, with progressions designed to rebuild strength safely. Many clients come to me specifically for post-injury rehab and conditioning.

"I don't have time - I'm too busy"

Sessions are 45-60 minutes, efficient and focused. No wasted time. I offer early morning slots (5:30am start) through to evening, so you can train before work, at lunch, or after hours. We make it work around your schedule.

"I hate crowded gyms"

That's exactly why My Train Station exists. The studio is completely private during your session. No waiting for equipment, no judgment, no intimidating gym bros. Just you, the equipment, and focused coaching.

What's Included in Each Session

Every 45-60 minute session is structured, efficient, and tailored to your needs:

Tailored Warm-Up

Dynamic stretches and movements specific to what we're training that day and what your body needs. Not generic - personalized.

Main Training Block

Strength training, cardio, functional movement, or a combination depending on your program. Every rep is coached for proper form and technique.

Form Coaching & Refinement

Real-time feedback and adjustments to ensure you're moving safely and effectively. Small tweaks can make huge differences in results and injury prevention.

Cool-Down & Flexibility

Stretching, mobility work, and recovery techniques to reduce soreness and maintain flexibility. Often the most overlooked part of training - but critical.

Ongoing Program Adjustments

Your program evolves as you do. Feeling stronger? We increase intensity. Sore from last session? We adjust volume. Recovering from a tweak? We modify movements. It's never static.

Client Results

Hear from real clients who've transformed their fitness and health at My Train Station:

"I'm 54 and had never stepped foot in a gym until I started with Tim. He made everything so accessible and safe. Six months in, I'm stronger than I've been in decades, my back pain is gone, and I genuinely look forward to our sessions. The private studio makes all the difference - no intimidation, just progress."

Sarah, Burleigh Heads

Weight loss & strength training client

"After recovering from shoulder surgery, I needed someone who understood rehabilitation and strength building. Tim's knowledge and patience were exactly what I needed. He adapted every session to what my body could handle and pushed me when it was safe to progress. I'm back to full strength now and continuing to train because it just works."

Michael, Miami

Post-injury rehabilitation client

"I've done the crowded gym thing before and hated it. My Train Station is the complete opposite - private, focused, and results-driven. I've lost 12kg, built muscle I didn't know I could have, and Tim keeps every session challenging but achievable. Best investment I've made in myself."

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about personal training at My Train Station:

How often should I train?

Most clients train 2-3 times per week for optimal results. Twice a week builds consistency and allows your body to recover. Three times accelerates progress. Once a week maintains fitness but won't create significant change. We'll design a schedule based on your goals, recovery capacity, and availability.

Do I need to be fit to start?

Absolutely not. I work with complete beginners all the time. Every program starts where YOU are right now - whether that's your first workout ever or coming back after years away. We build from your baseline, not some arbitrary standard. The private studio means there's zero pressure or judgment - just you learning and progressing at your own pace.

What should I wear / bring?

Comfortable workout clothes, supportive training shoes, and a water bottle. That's it. The studio has all the equipment, towels, and everything else you need. If you're training early morning or coming from work, there's space to change and store your belongings.

Can I train with a friend or partner?

Yes! Couples training or small group sessions (2-3 people) are available. Many clients train with their partner or a friend - it keeps you accountable, adds a social element, and is often more cost-effective than solo sessions. Programs are still personalized to each person's fitness level.

What if I have an injury or limitation?

That's exactly why personalized training exists. We work around your limitations and modify exercises to suit what your body can do safely. Many clients come to me specifically because they need a program designed for their situation - not a generic routine that assumes everyone moves the same way. If you've been cleared by a doctor to exercise, we can create a safe, effective program.

Do you offer nutrition guidance?

I provide general nutrition principles and habit coaching as part of your training - like protein intake, hydration, meal timing around workouts. For specific meal plans or detailed dietary guidance, I can refer you to qualified nutritionists I work with. Most clients find the basic habit-based approach is enough to see great results.

What are your cancellation policies?

Life happens - I get it. I ask for 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. That way I can offer the slot to another client. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit the session (depending on your package). Emergency situations are always handled case by case.

Ready to Start?

Not sure if private personal training is right for you? The best way to find out is to experience it firsthand. Your first session is free - no commitment required.
